Storyline: This book is a diary from the perspective of a worm. The main character is a boy worm that writes about his daily life. Nothing spectacular, but rather common events in one’s life if we disregard the species of the writer.

For example: Worm goes to school, forget his lunch and eats his homework, Worm plays with spider teaching him to dig the earth and the spider gets stuck, Worm learns manners and says good morning to a parade of ants, Worm comes out of the ground after a rain and has to avoid dangers, Worm sneaks on some kids in the park making them scream and run. and so on.

His entries stretch about 4 months from May 20 to August 1st. Reading this humorous diary, we learn about the worms contribution to environment.

Characters: Worm, Spider, sister, mother, teacher, dad, and grandpa
Illustration: Illustrator is Harry Bliss. Pictures distinguish by creative, surprising details, like the red baseball cap that Warm wears. Sometimes the page is split in multiple pictures followed by text, other time the picture fills the page and the text is scattered around or in bubbles. The predominant colors are brown, green, and orange.
